Shipping Information

At Harvest Candles, Crafts & Confections, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are shipped promptly and with care. Our shipping methods are designed to deliver your products in a timely manner while ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. We strive to keep our packaging eco-friendly and cost-effective, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

What happens if my item arrived damaged or was lost?

All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, email or call us immediately if damage has been detected.

If your order was lost or damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure. Replacements will be shipped by using the shipping method that customer selected on the original order.

Return & Exchange Information

At Harvest Candles, Crafts & Confections, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your candle purchase, we're here to help with our refund and return policy.

1. Refunds: We offer refunds on candles within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that personalized or custom-made candles may not be eligible for refunds unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials.

2. Returns: If you wish to return a candle for reasons other than defect or damage, you may do so within 7 days of the original purchase date. The candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover handling and processing costs, unless the return is due to a defect in craftsmanship or materials. We do charge restocking fee for the unauthorized returns.

 

  • There is no restocking fee for Authorized returns of unopened, unused, and untested items.

  • No refund will be issued for the items which are returned back to us without a RMA. This means that an item must be in sellable as new condition. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged.

  • We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of opened products.

3. Defective or Damaged Candles: If you receive a defective or damaged candle, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the defect or damage for our records.

4. How to Initiate a Refund or Return: To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at info@harvestccc.com. Be sure to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund or return request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

5. Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

7. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a candle for a different scent or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Policy Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • If an item has been used, we are unable to accept its return.

  • Unauthorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fee

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Special order items including promotional and corporate gifts merchandise.

  • All claims for credit, shortages, dissatisfaction and/or damages must be placed within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

  • Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Harvest Candles, Crafts & Confections shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.

  • Customer will be charged an additional SHIPPING fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must refunded. Any order that needs to be re-shipped will be charged at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.
